Fine for you to leave North Korea, but to go to the USA, which carpet bombed yr ppl just one generation back, shows a highly dubious personal propriety
1. Don't call me 'dude'
2. Educate yrself on why North Koreans legitimately despise the USA (but not necessarily its ppl). Wikipedia probably not the best source but one jumping off point for how genocidal the US bombing of North Korea was.
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombing_of_North_Korea
And of course, the USA has never let up on its naked aggression towards NK, with its huge military presence in its vassal state South Korea still there today
This is really cool
But the paranoid me says that we have absolutely know way of knowing that this profile really belongs to this person.
Photos can be copied, or generated and lightning addresses can just receive lots of naive sats.

Seeing you here made me emotional. Your journey is one of the hardest there ever could be. You are a very strong individual and I'm honored to respond to what I'm sure will be considered a historic post.
Welcome to freedom tech.
"Authoritarian [country name]" is redundant in the 21st century
It seems like you're trying to pretend some other country isn't authoritarian, rather than recognizing all countries today, including North Korea, as authoritarian
Neither joking nor does it apply for me. I was born in the US and have US citizenship, making the US the most opportune place for me.
She did not mention having US citizenship and probably did not secure it before leaving North Korea, so there is nothing protective about the US border for her, she'd be better off outside it.
To be clear, even I am at risk of getting drone striked, despite being a natural born & white citizen. It just isn't happening yet.
As an Asian and non-natural-born citizen she is already targeted by being here, leaving her with nothing to do here except help kill innocent children.
I respect people who are in North Korea trying to provoke Kim Jong Un to kill them like I'm in the US trying to provoke Biden to kill me. I have no reason to respect people who leave North Korea, they do it in shortsighted pursuit of their own temporary safety.
This also isn't 10 years ago. World War 3 is starting. She's had plenty of time to see through America's propaganda and her choice is based on pure selfishness, not mere misguidedness. She KNOWS she left in shortsighted pursuit of her own temporary safety and she did it anyway.
I think itβs okay for her to think of herself and maybe want to have a family in a different world. Thatβs called freedom - regardless of whether America is actually free or not (itβs not, and there arenβt many places that are - agreed)
But youβre free to your opinion too. Was just surprised.
What I know of North Korea is no joke, I think America is the lesser evil by far.
I have no idea which country is more evil but I know this:
* Both countries are killing innocent people
* Both countries offer natural-born citizens a stronger position to try to save lives than non-citizens
* To be absolutely clear, neither country offers people born in the opposite country the chance to come stop itself from killing innocent people more efficiently than they could try to stop their own birthplace from killing innocent people
Deep down I also would be glad she looks out for herself but my beloved Digit has never looked out for herself and missing her all the time has conditioned me to judge everyone's selfishness against her standards
