You don't have to trust BlackRock. It also doesn't matter if you don't like them. Bitcoin is for everyone and we couldn't stop them from using it if we wanted to. If we could, the whole point of Bitcoin would be invalidated.
Sure, tho I think she has a wider point about blackrock openly proposing to tokenize everything (not listened yet..) and what their strategy for global domination etc actually is..

I feel like Whitneyβs lens of the world canβt compute Bitcoin deeply, it really doesnβt matter if Blackrock acts nefarious or not.
Whitney operates in a world of war machines and government attacks and Bitcoin is a black hole, itβs so beyond that game. Shoot as many cannons as you want at Bitcoin.
As long as it stays decentralized and secure this all just noise.
I thought I was the only one noticing how dismally blackpilled this discussion was.
Of course I don't trust Blackrock, of course I expect fuckery, and Bitcoin doesn't care.
I listened to more than half and didn't hear a single specific detail about how blackrock will 'defeat bitcoin' or actionable steps to avoid that.

Bitcoin has this way of tearing down your constructs of the world. Her construct riddled in control and canβt fathom something organic like bitcoin. She just assumes it will be captured.
