Always buy Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) Ethernet cables.
Shielded cables reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), offering better protection against nnEMF.
SSTP = Screened Shielded Twisted Pair
Best but costs the highest & less flexible.
STP = Shielded Twisted Pair
Budget friendly, Good option.
UTP = Unshielded Twisted Pair
Worst, don't buy.
