I get it by wanting to have it act as a dollar sign or any other fiat currency. But my counter would be as Bitcoin is unlike any other fiat currency. So why do we have to have a symbol in front of it? How about 12000 SATs

Yes! If someone gives me 21 bitcoin, I want an ACTUAL 21 bitcoin, not just sats! That's false advertising and extremely confusing and defamation of bitcoin! Why do they want to introduce deception into truth money!? Don't be deceptive, be honest, call sats sats and bitcoins bitcoin! They are NOT the same! But they are parts of the same. I don't call my arm "body" because I think people are so stupid that they can't understand that I'm talking about a part of a whole 🙄🤣
