The irony is the government will be the biggest offenders of vilification and promoting hate speech, fear and division.
They will introduce a simple test to determine what constitutes hate speech, fear and division:
Is the person saying this an enemy of government power or the groups which provide it legitimacy?
Yes = guilty
No = promote as much hate, fear and division as you want to instigate those who will fail the test
When the government loses the trust of the people, they will use the force that was entrusted to them onto the people
