I don’t share much on #foodstr but I made an excellent dish tonight worth posting.
Couldn’t get jalapeños so I made bacon-wrapped sweet palermo peppers stuffed with cream cheese, coriander and lime juice.
It’s not quite #carnivore but probably only 6-7g of carbs per 100g. 40 mins on indirect heat in my BBQ at 200C.
Absolutely delicious, even my missus approved! 🤌
