Iβve been 8/16 for nearly 2 years
How is it working out? I've started 8/16 or 6/18 for 1-2 months. I like it.
Iβm sticking with it, but I have fluctuated because I date a chef now π
Iβve been doing 14 hours for 4 years. Before that I did 16 hours for a year (Changed it when the first kid was born)
I thought 18 hours would be tough but it went really well today
Whatever im doing now isnβt working. π
How come? Do you eat outside your window?
Started dating a chef π
Ah that makes sense π
Broβ¦ when I get home from work, sheβs like, babe, you hungry? Then she pulls out one, but two woks, kicks the flame so high I can feel it roaring in the next room, food flies through the air, lands on a plate in 10 min, and the kitchen is spotless, dishwasher is loadedβ¦ itβs magic πͺβ¨
Like magic π
Sounds like you guys are very happy together
Well.. itβs like thisπ₯²
Hell, yeah, I do about 12 to 14 hours a day on average.
Look into Baja gold sea salt mix it in with your water and drink a liter or two a day .
Gotta make sure youβre getting those minerals
Is this because you deplete them during the fast?
Eat once a day every day - was fittest Iβve ever been - 23/1 and have meat and salad -
Now drink and eat way to much π₯² need to get my shit back to that
Where you able to eat all the calories you needed in one meal?
Would you eat in the morning?
How long did you do this for?
I normaly do once a week no breakfasr. That is what works for me !!
I didnβt calorie count ever
Iβd eat a large chicken, big steak , lamb shoulder. Basically big meat - a huge salad with feta cheese , olives , and a bit of home made bread/pitta normally - just flour and yogurt flat beads - did this for 3 years last time - went from 120kg to 85kg in about a year
You would eat after work?
Nope - but this is key - i was taking a couple years off work - so I was home and had nothing to do but cut the grass and grow tomatoesβ¦ itβs bloody hard now that Iβm on the road all the time - thatβs why Iβm back up to 120kg π₯²
Definitely harder to eat healthy on the road. Same with training consistently π«
120kg to 85kg is impressive. Done it once, can do it again!
Yes you can definitely do it again! πͺπΎ
