A mirror that people don’t like looking in.
Because it reflects their choices back at them in opposition to yours.
You’re gonna have to go it alone.
None of those people from the past are coming with.

It is even more uncomfortable for them especially if you tried to take them on your journey of improvement for their betterment…….

loyalty and duty obligate the improving one to maintain strong relationships with their people
