It's amazing that bitcoin exists, and that it continues to work. It's amazing that nostr exists, and that all the stuff that we only dreamed about a few short years ago is being built out before our eyes. Zaps and splits and eCash and self-sovereign infrastructure and streaming sats and swarm highlights and zapraisers and marketplaces and secure chat and and and. And this is just the beginning. "It's as bad now as it will ever be." Grateful to be part of it all.

Do you think noster or something thing like it would have come along if Bitcoin had not been created and open sourceed? My thinking is that in some way Bitcoin, started/caused/kickstarted this decentralize everything including social media paradigm and enabled an idea that would otherwise have looked absurd and unrealistic implementable. Think about the first feedback regarding Bitcoin at launch, that it would not work, and later the gem " It's not going to survive, I mean, How is it going to work there is no central bank?"
