You can help people more by not taxing them to pay for bombs to be dropped abroad.
They don't need our help. They need us to stop looting their countries so they can help themselves.
Oh, before anyone gets the wrong lefty idea here, I'm not referring to the US restoring the oil its companies contractually had purchased in Venezuela which had subsequently been stolen by an illegitimate socialist regime. I'm talking about things like damming the rivers, financing cartels, and then running gunswith things like Fast and Furious.
