People have been talking about licenses to have children for years. It was always laughed at. Today I see is careening towards A Brave New World mixed with 1984 panopticon. I wouldn't put it past them..
I believe God had some leftover elbow skin when he was designing men, so that’s what he used to make nutsacks 😜
