Simple, I'll block them from adult.18plus.social and then there will be a love not relay safe for sensible adults :-)
Unfortunately, it will probably happen before that. Once the real creeps who have been banned from big tech platforms discover they can say whatever they want here, there will be a flood of vile content. This is clearly evident over on Minds, which is still a generally great environment, but there are some really nasty trolls.
