Why did Germany keep this Nazi law?

Yeah, crazy this is a fact. But most European countries have a similar law, including Greece.
In Germany you have good alternatives though, such as Montessori, Waldorf (Rudolph Steiner) and other schooling systems that are much more free while being 'accepted' as public schools.
Greece doesn't even have those alternatives.
