Looks great. How was it? I never tried the heart, but would love to.
There's this thing that some tribes believe that to heal your heart, eat heart. To heal liver, eat liver. I think I heard it on some episode of Weston Price Foundation podcast.
what is recipe? can you describe it, what you have done to cook it
