Why are right-wingers happy with what Trump has done? Do they care about Venezuelans? Statistically, every country that the US has invaded and interfered with a year later was much worse off. Will this time be any different? Now is the time for Venezuelans to put their differences aside and unite to fight for their freedom. Otherwise, in a year's time, they will be much worse off than they are now.

For what I remember, the other countries had shit governments that were succeeded by dictatorships. Venezuela's was a good country before the communists took over. Maybe this could make a difference when the right wings take over. Maybe.
It was foreseeable. Paraphrasing Volker Pispers: “Why did the good Lord bury the American oil exactly there?” However, I do believe that the Trump administration has planned further ahead than just the present. The U.S. does not want a second Libya on its doorstep. We will see who will instrumentalize Venezuela in the next election campaign. I hope for the best for the people of Venezuela.

Germany is better off? -- after being bombed into submission by the Communist/Wall Street alliance that misrules us now, losing millions of citizens to starvation and maltreatment after the war was over, suffering the largest mass rape in human history, being forced to accept the bankers' dishonest money system, and being forced to open its borders to the Third World, something from which it may never recover? That's like arguing that Epstein's victims were "better off" in his mansions' sex-slave rooms than in the modest homes where they grew up.
We are happy for many reasons. 1 Venezuelans will go back home. 2 China will not expand its control over the world. 3 The worst situation you see after freedom in many cases is just the real situation when you take away censorship. I am quite happy to see Venezuelans party for their freedom. Now it is their turn to remove the communist cancer from their society as El Salvador did. No deal. Remove them. All of them.
I've been thinking about this. It seems hard for Americans to imagine that a democratic republic isn't the best government form of government for everyone on the planet. I think the truth is many people prefer physical safety and security over freedom and representation.
How have you come to this view when the U.S interventions in Panama and Granada ended dictatorships and helped bring back democratic rule to those nations? Do you believe that every situation is a re-run of Iraq even when they're completely different?
The best case scenario is total mayhem in Venezuela because the actual target of this is China and if this blatent overthrow turns into a successful regime change then it emboldens the same type of actors all over the global South, which means China is forced to start paying hardball. People don't realize how close we are to an all out nuclear exchange depending on what happens this week.
