Yes. It's in the End User License Agreement.
Why anyone would trust a multi-national corporation is beyond me.

I have a friend with one. Chimes his damn phone every 5 seconds. Refuse to go to his house after seeing it on the door. That creepy being watched feeling shouldn’t be ignored.
