pop-up DO IT. Don't hesitate and travel a bit if you have to. We ordered most of the menu to get a good sampling and while we were impressed with everything the chicharron was the best I've ever had and the scallion pancakes had to be near or at the top as well 🤤 🤝 🍻 @Foise
