You’re not obligated to answer those questions and you’re allowed to set those boundaries. He asks because he thinks he can.

I did. And I hate unnecessary confrontation. But I straight up told him. Listen I’m not sure what aspects of my job I am to inform you of other then if I intend to make adjustments to your welding bots and the weld cell is going to be down. Cause that’s really all he needs to know. But apparently I’m not the only ones he’s doing this too.
