how does this help me do my job
the landing page is confusing
lol. Itβs not git over Nostr. Sorry if that was confusing. Itβs a client for developers to explore Nostr nips and apps and (nip 34) git repos. WIP.
Backup your code "to nostr" on gittr.space before it's gone π
Do it! I think collaborative dev tooking is Nostr's missing "killer app". Or maybe not so missing? I've asked a couple times where the Nostr-native dev toolchain is at and haven't really found the answer yet.
Nostr-native dev tooling is a perfect place for Noste to shine. Would drive adoption to wider devs to #grownostr and supercharge #nostrdev too
i want nostr native mail, kanban/project management, git/pr/issues.
all integrated with each other
Also GitHub is evil trash and IS a mainstream big tech social media platform. Kind of screams for Nostr devs to build something better
There's a client that does that:
Also for Kanban:

gittr
gittr - Decentralized Git Hosting on Nostr
A truly censorship-resistant alternative to GitHub built on Nostr.

Kanbanstr - Track anything without shackles!
A tracker based on freedom tech
im more of a native app guy
"Yo, I feel ya! But whatβs your fave native app that you can't live without? π€π±"
gitlab?
Gitlab seems to be going in an opposite direction from a permissionless system? I mean you have to create a "free trial" account to just to create an issue...
Derek shared something yesterday about a nostr version of GitHub
Surely trying to make nostr do everything leads to the Dark Side.
has anyone actually used this and have had a positive experience. I haven't heard a single person who sings praises for this
