would you rather have a 30 year old female room mate or a male room mate ( of whatever age ) ? i know you would rather have a 15 year old female room mate ( so would i ) but college age ( hoe phase ) girls are all saying they want to room with other hoe phase girls ... you need to downgrade all the way to 30 year olds before they lose this entitlement where they they don't have to do anything and guys will just prostrate themselves in front of them all day ... so that's basically my choice. i can have a 30 year old ( at the youngest ) female room mate ( tenant ) or i can have a dude. i honestly don't know which way western man.

so then you're saying i should rent it to a dude ? the problem is only a loser would rent a room like that. it's basically either shitheads or guys who recently divorced that are looking for rooms like this. some musician dude looks like he could be fun but it says in his bio that he records music from home and makes a lot of noise in the process so this only would work for somebody who isn't home during the day and i actually sleep during the day. in other words a broke woman is less of a defect than a broke man. or is she ? i mean, why is she not married at 30 ? a lot of single mothers and cat ladies ...
