FUCK YEAH! This to me is the most important secretary nomination. I am not American but I believe he can and will have a positive impact on not only the USA but Canada (god knows we need it) and the rest of the western world. LFG

The woman you posted an image of is Dr. Rachel Levine, the assistant secretary of HHS. Worth noting that she's an MD and served as Pennsylvania's physician general prior to federal service.
