Propaganda is effective. Unfortunately when I bring up inflation with friends they all say how the inflation reduction act and the FED have done their job.
While inflation shouldn't *only* be a right wing talking point, it mostly is. I can't recall any of my left-wing friends talking about inflation all that much, if at all.
That said, whoever wrote this article is dividing us when a song like this should be uniting us. 😡 Someone should edit this article.
Are you in the US? I would not be surprised if a real problem was only a real problem in the eyes of one of the 2 parties there. and idiotic followers of both of them just believing their side.
Pretty much anything that questions mainstream 'consensus' is considered "right-wing" (covid, climate, diversity etc), likewise free-speech or suggesting that there are good things about western values or capitalism.
The fiat system has created a self-funding, ever-expanding state with a class of pseudointellectual high priests, that attempt to crush all views that seek to prevent the states encroachment into peoples lives and its consolidation of power.
At least here in Germany, every single party is talking about inflation and have their own plans to tackle it. Wether that can easily be done with Fiat.... idunno... but they can at least mitigate, and they try to. shit just takes a long time.
I watched a bunch of reaction videos for the song last night. Everyone thought it was powerful. Right, left, white, black, men, women. I didn't see a single person say they didn't vibe with it.
People know this is a class issue and not politics. The propaganda machine hates this and is going to try to find a wedge.
Wikipedia and all centralised power structures are the enemy of the people. The people just don't understand this yet.
Imagine conflating inflation, taxes, and being against paedophilia as 'right wing'.
Once you no longer care about their attributions, they lose their power over you. You become powerful and dangerous. Really powerful and really dangerous.

While watching the youtube video and some of the reaction videos for that song, I thought that we need more youtube channels of bitcoiners that react to this kind of pop-culture content!
Many thousands of people watch these reactions and communities around artists like him or Tom MacDonald are already lean towards liberal and freedom focused values. It would be very effective to give them a nudge towards bitcoin within reaction videos.
Today "right-wing" is synonymous with all the not-yet-completely-insane-and-deranged totalitarian socialists who are crawling up the arses of the states and obscenely rich so-called elites.
Fuck You, #Wikipedia !
