I recently learned about pickle chicken. I'm disappointed in everyone who's failed to mention it to me before... so this is me learning from other's mistakes:
If you never have... throw some chicken in pickle juice. Let it sit overnight. Cook it.

What is this sorcery?? I will try it and report back. It will be such a surprise...I am excited!
I suggest trying it as just that first, then tweaking it however. I'm still in a phase of liking it marinated and seasoned with a little black pepper.
I want to try this!
