Ideally youd wanna not use a "cell" phone at all, or at least one where you flash firmware onto it, i.e. make a full zeroed out ism.img and flash it so it doesnt work :P bbuuut, yeah, breaking a phone that aint cheap aint fun either way.. Id recommend for proper out-and-about. encrypted radios. Now, certain "ham" frequencies dont allow encryption and if you get caught using it, theyll just pin that extra on you. you want (1/2)

@npub1dzv5...5v2p I cannot believe that they have already reached the point that you need a burner phone to use your constitutional right to demonstrate. This is a nightmare.

@npub1dzv5...5v2p Also: Dropping off you burner phone as a drop site and reactivating you main phone there won't help either 🤔

@npub1dzv5...5v2p You can buy a waterproof action camera with shock and dust resistance, for around $50. They can hold microSD cards, allowing you to take 10,000+ pics or hours of video without swapping the card. Look for GoPro knock offs.
