I haven’t looked into this but pretty sure you can set up your phone like this for free without that device. iPhone has an automation feature that is pretty detailed. I’m sure you can use it to disable certain apps at different times.

In that case it’s probably useful for you as a tool for discipline. My friend deleted all browser apps on his phone. I thought it was a weird decision but when I listened to him explain his reasoning, it made some sense to me. He said wtf is so important that I have to look it up on my phone? If it’s that important I’ll look it up on my computer. But most of the time it’s not important enough for him to go out of his way to power on his computer to look it up.
