@Seth For Privacy, buying anything online anonymously is so incredibly difficult (and often time consuming). How do you do it? Just spent an hour trying to anonymously order something anonymously and ultimately failed.

Two things that would be useful on a nostr client. 1. Flag (Mark, note, identify) accounts that seem like they are imposters of people that you follow or of people that you follow follow. 2. Notifications when an account you follow changes their profile picture or name.

It seems that the x.com model of paying influence for engagement does not incentivize value but simply engagement. A value for value model such as nostr only rewards those that actually provide value that people (not advertisers) are willing to pay for and not simply engagement.
