I started reading "Built to Move" by Juliet and Kelly Starrett, after it popped up as a recommendation in three different orbits of my life. They describe ten vital signs with corresponding simple exercises to improve them. This book is for everyone, in all stages of life. It's definitely a path to the #goodlife, if you manage to be consistent and disciplined. I, for sure, am giving my best. 💪


I came across the Happiness Grid by Shinzen Young, which is kind of like a periodic table for #happiness. Might be interesting to score yourself to see how far along you are on the path to the #goodlife.
