If you want to get in shape the 2 most important things you can do is fix your diet and walk more. Lifting is important as well but will make you more hungry. 1g of protein per lb of body weight you want to be should do it. Move calories to 10x what weight you want to be. Carnivore would work well too for 6m but wonβt be optimal imo past that
If you over 40 and donβt have a beer belly you are in the top 5% of fitness lol
