What do you need to fast for water-fast 36h?
Absolutely freaking nothing!
Ok, maybe salt.
Here I'd likecto address something I noticed...
First of all - it's great most people are fasting.
So that's great.
The thing is, we really doesn't need almost anything, maybe just himalayan salt.
We need to stopped being dependant.
Fasting is also about being more free.
Free from needing any substances.
I see some guys preparing for 36h Fasting like they're going to war :))
Maybe it'll be a little bit fighting (with yourself:)) but really, it's easier.
You see how mind play tricks on us, making us tremble just before we even start.

The feeling is the secret...
I consider myself as fairly logical person, but I've always was looking for tools to improve/help myself.
The feeling is the secret is popular around people who are deep in manifestation kind of things.
I have a idea why it won't work for most people and why everyone can fix it.
I'll go for the answers straight away:
In my humble opinion and experience
It won't work because most people don't really feel.
There's drama, there's excitement...
Of course we feel... somewhat.
But most of time we are on food/carbohydrates/sugar/liquor/po**/again sugar :) rollercoaster that actually...
hiding our true emotion.
...burying them.
We are (me?/most people?) just few levels from being eeal drug or alkohol addicts.
You can't feel if you are an addict.
Food is addiction most of the time.
So my experience with fasting is that it reveals my true self (that I didn't often want to look at)... I started to feel.
Unpleasant but feel.
So when they say the feeling is the secret... fasting can boost some emotions - bad or good and help in general "manifestation" if you believe in it or simply taking an action if you don't
(or if you're more logical person).
As always - I'm not lecturing anyone, it's just my experience.
So yeah... fasting can be a cure.
First to see emotions we dont want to see...
then trying to forgive, calm that inner child and
then maybe try to "manifest", to feel what we want to feel and be actual sober person.

Liquid diet is a proof we don't eat for nutrients only.

I have some thoughts-provoking thesis.
If you don't agree - that's great.

The thesis is this - even if you provide all nutrients with liquid diet, you are still "hungry".
What is it then?
You provide to your brain (especially brain) everything it needed, but still there's something which makes people not to stay too long on liquid diet.
What is it?
My weight now is 61.5 kg which is all right according to some measures, but the feeling of "hunger" when I was 55 kg is not much differ.
What is it?
At some point we don't need to consume more, very fat people knows this too well.
We would consume much less but somehow most of us are caught up in this...
What is it? Can we stop consume this much amoubt of tempting weird stuff?
Whatever your diet is - keto, vegan, carnivore - if you're consuming to fuel your body only - I want to congratulate you.

"Ignorance".
You might think you are not ignorant, maybe you are not, but I was and what I'm trying to say, yes, too much eating can fuel it.
Too much sugar, just to feel happy for a moment and forget - that's what fuel ignorance.
Abstaining for food - can make us more present, involved in the reality.
From that place real influence starts.
But it's not easy, because we're feeling more and emotions are not easy to get through once we caught up.
Again, I'm not lecturing anyone, just share my experience.

Hey, what's your health goals for the August?
I'm staying with the plan from Mr. Tombak, Russian healer who said the best is to perform fasting:
36h every week (that's Sunday for me)
2-3 days once a month
And that's that.
He also added
5-7 days once half year.
And I'm thinking to do extra at 6 days: its August, its going to be nice weather and naturally people, me including, tend to eat less. It's easier to try fasting now than at winter.
And again - I'm fasting for detoxification of my body, my mind, to prioritise what's really important and bring back my focus.

Fasting is one thing you can trust someone is saying the truth.
There's one reason for it. When someone is claiming longer period of Water Fast, one week or even less, 5 days, you'll see if they're saying the truth. And you can see it by loosing weight by them, which is happening in 90% of times.
I don't see reason why anyone would lie on this by the way.
The idea for this post came for me while comparing eating (especially sugar) to other addictions like smoking or drinking. You have to check on smokers if they're really not smoking for a let's say even 1 week, same with drinking.
But you can't cheat on Fasting.
It's easy to compare before and after photos of even 1 week.
Improved photos by the way - less belly fat, less wrinkles on the face etc.
