Not sure why I still check my X feed every once in a while. All the content there is for high time preferenced lab rats. The addict in me gets stuck in a doom scroll every time. As I just read on someone else’s note, the quality of content and the sense of community on nostr is like no other. Thankful for all my nostrites!

#GM I’ve been practicing a new way of reacting to negative or unproductive thoughts: I simply ask God to direct my thinking towards how I can be useful to him. To continue revealing the next path for me to take. I’ll admit it takes brainpower to first realize when thoughts aren’t productive, and second, to make the decision to ask for guidance. If you’re struggling, maybe give this a try. Or make your own version.

Its important the we look up from our screens and look to God and thank him for giving us eyes to read our nostr feeds. Sometimes I think we forget how lucky we are. Be thankful.
