Notable to hear Minnesota Gov. Walz specifically ask people to give other people mutual aid. i.e. normally in the US this would be the job of state/federal government to support the citizens. Tactic acknowledgement (IMHO) that the government is not able to provide aid (legal constraints? funding constraints? etc. etc.) Quite unusual, imho. (usually "mutual aid" seen as an anarchist/leftist concept, as I understand it?).
