Just watched Depeche Mode Memento Mori Live from Mexico City on Netflix. They played some newer stuff that I didn't know... And I'm pretty sure that I wasn't alone from the crowd at the show that was waiting for the Violator tracks (now over 35 years old having been released in 1990!). Damn does the group, even without Andy, sadly, still have it! Dave Gahan and Martin Gore absolute crush it after a career that has spanned over five decades and ages. The audience is spoken of connecting generations... And I don't think any of us listening back then would have predicted that they would still be influencing music today.
