DATA SIM swaps are going well, we have contacted a lot of customers, and will have all replacement SIMs issued soon.
The process is mostly working well, scan QR to activate new SIM and swap. We are matching billing (credit DATA SIM and charge new SIM), and credit notes have started issuing today.
Some people have reported some issues with some routers, which are being investigated.
Usage is not yet showing on new SIMs but will soon.
