I really donβt think anything clears the mind as well as a completely undistracted night walk.
No phone, no music, just a pure dose of solitude & presence.
I swear I learn a thing or two about myself every time I do this. Itβs interesting when you begin to follow the places your mind goes when thereβs no distractions available.
Navigating hard times (& life in general) becomes much easier when you just fully accept that in this moment you are exactly where you need to be.

Took a 3 month hiatus from social media, redownloaded X about a week ago, got bored of it almost immediately.
It seems like everyone on there is just trying to sell something. Itβs either a book, courses by e-com βgurusβ, some bs supplements, paid telegram groups, etc. Thereβs no escaping it, even if your feed is carefully curated.
Nostr is just so damn refreshing.
