I got a cortisone shot in my right shoulder the other day, and today I woke up so dizzy I didn't want to get up. Then I sat up and was knocked back down with absolutely wild vertigo. I lay back down and it went away. Then I tried getting up, so that I could at least make it to the living room - no dice. I made it to the end of the bed, clinging to the edge the whole time, and it just didn't let up. Back to bed I went. It's now 4:30 and I haven't eaten, drank, took my morning meds, or peed. Ugh. It would have to be on Friday so that I can't even depend on finding answers anytime soon. 😕

Today's cloudy weather provided a great opportunity to wear my sister's birthday present to me: possibly the best cat sweater I've ever seen. #OOTD #CatSweater

OK, so here's an example of fatigue. I moved from the couch to the chair next to the couch an hour ago, and that's as far as I could make it. Now I have to go get my glasses from the sofa and go to the kitchen - yikes. How.

Things I have done today: 1) Made an eye doctor appointment for tomorrow 2) Reordered checks 3) Cleaned out my inbox Things I need to do: 1) Shower 2) Get dressed 3) Buy stamps Not too shabby so far. #ChronicIllness

Any fans of big bruising here? I'm going to miss waking up with stuff like this when I get taken off one of my blood thinners.
