How to make biscuits and gravy when you don’t have biscuits or breakfast sausage: I used ground pork. Browned it, added some butter (mine was lean). Pepper, salt. Medium heat. Warm up milk separately- 3 cups. Add 1/3 cup flour to ground pork, stir until flour cooks through, brown a bit. Add milk slowly while stirring. More pepper and salt to taste. Cut some bread. 🍞 toast it till it’s dry. That’s my biscuit. Overeasy egg on top for total bliss 😌
