I feel Facebook cheated the rest of the industry/internet
Zuckerberg, who stole Facebook from a bunch of others, had fraudulent metrics the whole way
Other companies felt obliged to try to copy their “success”. So quality went down across every other service. They tried to have many more return on investment rather than their own moderately successful business model (which was also profitable)
