Dear Damus Diary: Made 5 lbs of Beef Chorizo today, packaged in 1/3 lb baggies and placed in fridge until morning then will freeze. Will use about a pound for Smoked Poblano’s this weekend. Beef Chorizo makes a great breakfast when add eggs and potatoes.
