I can't recall the last time I used a gift given to me. They either end up in the trash or donated. I wish there was some polite standard way to communicate to people I don't want a gift (I actually hate getting them) but if they must, make it a Harbor Freight gift card. Maybe Nostr will solve this someday.

We had a patient die while taking a shit in the ED. Really puts life into perspective.
