That is my weight in the last 3 years of weightlifting. Basically all muscle with very little fat If you do things right, results always come. In the gym and life is like bitcoin. It could be ups and downs, but if the foundation is great, is always trending up💯🏋‍♂️

The matrix and the devil attack hard sometimes. I had endured several attacks in the last years, and now i have to endure another one. But I know God is on the side of the rigtheous. Always greatfull to have God and Bitcoin in my life. That help me endure the challenges

We need open money but also open platfroms Shopify can close your account very easily and also put restrictions on your store or change price policies We need to start using freedom tech in all areas not just BTC!
