Happy new year #Nostr!!! Im so greatfull to be so early in this revolution that are Bitcoin and Nostr and engage wich such amazing people! Is been a very intense year with lots of work and experiences, one of the more demanding in my life, but still make time to keep up with bitcoin and nostr of course This new year i will double my effort and contribution to bitcoin and Nostr We are all gonna make it!

Gn #nostr. Remember to spend everyday some time off social media in silence. No fancy music, no reels, no podcast... Entering the silence creates space and allows the answers to come from the source directly to you. The mind needs balance and we tend to over stimulate and fill it with too much information But it happens just when we cut all distractions and eliminate all mental resistance

That is my weight in the last 3 years of weightlifting. Basically all muscle with very little fat If you do things right, results always come. In the gym and life is like bitcoin. It could be ups and downs, but if the foundation is great, is always trending up💯🏋‍♂️
