From 1915 to 1945, the Western world as we know it today lived through a very dark period.
Todayβs world resembles that era far too closely, with the added difference that nuclear weapons are now spread across the globe, and AI is already destabilizing the world and will do so even more in ways we do not yet comprehend.
This is a test for humanity, perhaps the greatest we have ever faced, and one that may mark the end of civilization as we know it.
So far, we are doing terribly.
