Iranian President Pezeshkian claims Tehran has no interest in war or nuclear arms, blaming what he calls a “false narrative” on Netanyahu and Israel’s manipulation.

Roman Starovoit, former governor of Russia’s Kursk region, was found dead near Moscow. Russian police stated it was a suicide. His death came just hours after President Putin dismissed him from his position as Minister of Transport. According to Reuters, Russian authorities reported that he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Iranian President Pezeshkian: “When we say 'Death to the US,' we don't mean death to the people or even to the officials. We mean death to crimes, killing, insecurity and instability. Have you ever heard an Iranian killing an American?”

Iranian President Pezeshkian has denied allegations that Iran is plotting to assassinate former President Trump and rejected claims that Iranian “sleeper cells” are operating within the United States.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian told Tucker Carlson that Israeli operatives allegedly tried to assassinate him. He also stated that Tehran is prepared to restart negotiations on nuclear verification, following its earlier suspension of cooperation with the IAEA.

Earlier this evening, approximately 20 Israeli Air Force fighter jets carried out a major strike against Houthi targets in western Yemen. Over 50 precision-guided munitions were used to hit critical infrastructure, including the ports of Al-Hudaydah, Ras Isa, and Salif, as well as the Ras Kanatib Power Plant. The strikes came in response to a Houthi attack on a commercial vessel in the Red Sea earlier today and ongoing ballistic missile and drone launches targeting Israel. The Israeli Air Force also released footage of F-16I “Sufa” multirole fighter jets from the 119th Squadron launching from Ramon Airbase in southern Israel ahead of the operation.
