According to Bloomberg, Russia’s oil exports have climbed over the past two weeks, driven by the return of nearly half of the sanctioned vessels now back to transporting Russian crude. The outlet estimates that oil shipments from all Russian ports averaged 3.26 million barrels per day in the four weeks leading up to April 27.

After meeting this morning at the Vatican with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, U.S. President Donald J.
