I filmed this in Southwest Portland. This is a pretty good representation of what Portland has become. Once a great city now a hell hole. This camp is where my homeless veteran friend was burned to death by other homeless. He served 20 years in the Navy.

I found two teenager nodded out on fentanyl in Northwest Portland on the same day. The person in the black shirt looked no older than 18-20. The kid in the blue hoodie was no older than 16. Rampant drug use is destroying my city while city leaders cheer a person‘s right to use.

This is right out of a twilight zone episode. Three people completely motionless, and one of them is standing. All three are nodded out on fentanyl. This was filmed in Delta Park Portland.

I found a body on the streets of Portland. 911 was called and it took them two hours to arrive. He was clutching tinfoil meaning he died of a fentanyl overdose. I guarded the body because multiple Homeless were trying to go through his pockets. This is not unusual. I find bodies all the time. This is the sad reality of the streets.
