On a separate note, picking artworks for the dedicated section of weeklies has become challenging. There isn't a ton of polished work to begin with (I look through hundreds every time), and then many artworks that look polished turn out to be AI-generated according to online tests. The worst part is that, at least for text, AI detection is unreliable. I recently tested one such service by feeding it content that was knowingly human-written, and got "75-92% AI-generated" in results.

The ultimate journalist Landuke reads this response by freedesktop and comes to the conclusion that they have banned @npub13zyg...9t2d for asking the question about Enrico's closed MRs. Then he realizes he effed up and blames the freedesktop team for using "unclear wording"
