Finally made an account with Draft2Digital and it was an immense relief that they can send payments direct to my bank account rather than having to use PayPal or other intermediary. So well, first step taken to setting up a self-pub business, that will hopefully evolve into a small press publishing the works of other writers.

Sharjah is a city built for cars. I haven't seen any zebra crossing yet, and the public transport seems to be an after thought as they expect everyone to drive their own. Not fun. So I guess I'll just chill in my room mostly, get some reading done. It's otherwise too expensive to move around.
