#DisabledSocial #fediblock Concerning the harasser JimmyTruth: 1. We can block the IP address of him to stop him from signing up here, but we cannot stop him from chosing any server and signing up there. Mods in other servers need to do that. 2. We have a script running to suspend ASAP. This relies on assistance from other servers to update the shared spreadsheet. Mastodon's coding doesn't have reliable antispam measures that fit this sceneraio. Other servers don't have better spam measures.
#Fediblock The irritating Jimmy/Jay harasser, who continues to target people on Disabled.social and in the mutual aid tags, is back but using the name Ramon Salazar. So now be on the lookout for Ramon Salazar along with Jimmy/Jay. He targets Black and LGBT folks, particularly those that use the mutual aid tag. If only there was a way to stop this jerk from continuing this behavior, but don't see a way to do that since blocking IP only prevents joining our server... image
#DisabledSocial In the past week, I have suspended "Jimmy" the harasser at least a dozen times. This person continues to spin up new accounts to avoid blocks and suspensions. He harasses primarily LGBT and/or Black and Indigenous people. This whack-a-mole game is annoying. "Jimmy" seems to target those engaging in mutual aid the most, so if you see him again, report it and we'll whack him yet again. His latest accounts were: Jimmy@zirk.us and J@archaeo.social and Jimmy@wehavecookies.social
@GrapheneOS Did you know that there is an AI copycat of your account? It's @npub1tpkt...mawd It's copying some of your posts, but others seem to be AI generated. I suspect someone set up the server to scrape people's account details to create an AI copycat account to draw people away from your own accounts to the AI copycat. Just so you're aware.
Since America dropped testing of parasites, harmful bacteria, and viruses in dairy products and poultry, I will continue to not eat them. I didn't eat them due to casein intolerance in milk, cheese, and related products. And I didn't eat much poultry because I can't handle touching them raw to cook them. I also don't have the health to cook most days. So I'm accidentally vegan. lol Now I'm likely choosing it because it'll be dangerous to buy it in the US. #Food #Disability #FoodIntolerance
#MaskBans are fascist. They are anti-science. They are anti-people. Masks, such as N95, KN94, or P100 masks are used in industrial and medical settings to prevent harm to one's lungs. They are also used by people who wish to protect their lungs from airborne pathogens, smoke, and allergens. To ban masks is to put people at severe risk of harmful lung exposure to harmful smoke, often deadly airborne pathogens, and highly painful allergens.
