It's important to turn off from Nostr every now and again. Nostr certainly has its key differences compared to other social media networks, but just like any network where you connect with others, it can lead to too little introspection and lead to too much dependence on others' opinions or scrolling endlessly without fully knowing why. Taking a step back and reflecting on life, maybe while on a walk out in the sun or with a warm jacket in cold weather, is so refreshing for the mind.
