Communication really helps, I was feeling so stressed and anxious and I talked to some people I needed to talk to and now I feel so much better. I guess things can be simple sometimes.

This feels like the only place I can truly be vulnerable sometimes, and I think mostly it’s because it’s the only place I’m anonymous and don’t feel judged. Hoping to get through this phase of my life and get to whenever it gets easier. Maybe I just need to grow to meet the challenges, because I don’t think it ever gets easier, maybe we just learn more about how to handle the challenges.
